2011 Party

The Potomac Fest Party is a family friendly event with good food, great music, and fun activities for everyone to enjoy. Come relax after a long day on the river, hang out with your friends, chow down, listen to music, and find out who won the day's events. There will be a silent auction, artists' alley, gear swap, vendor booths, and maybe even a game of roshambo. You don't want to miss it!

Dinner

All-you-can-eat BBQ dinner from 6:00 to 8:00 catered by our hosts at Bretton Woods. Prices are discounted for children aged 6-12 and free for children 5 and under (with paying adult).

Live Music

By the energetic and highly entertaining 19th Street Band! They will be playing three sets beginning at 4:00, 7:30, and 9:00.

Silent Auction

There will be a silent auction from 4:00 to 9:30. Come bid on an assortment of items provided by our generous sponsors including whitewater clothing and gear, river-inspired artwork by local artists, architectural services, real estate services, massages and more! We are happy to accept credit cards or cold hard cash, with the proceeds going to American Whitewater.

Artists' Alley

Didn't have the winning bid on that beautiful piece of artwork in the Silent Auction? Have no fear! The local artist who donated it has a booth with many more pieces on display from 3:00 to 9:00 in the Artists' Alley.
